Silversun Pickups
Lazy Eye
by: Silversun Pickups
I've been waiting
I've been waiting for this moment all my life
But it's not quite right
And this 'real'
It's impossible if possible
At who's blind word
So clear but so unheard
I've been waiting
I've been waiting for this silence all night long
It's just a matter of time
To appear sad
With the same 'ol decent lazy eye
Fixed to rest on you
Aim free and so untrue
Everyone's so intimately rearranged
Everyone can focus clearly with such shine
Everyone's so intimately rearranged
Everyone can focus clearly with such shine
Lost and loaded
Still the same 'ol decent lazy eye
Straight through your gaze
That's why i said i relate
I said we relate
It's so fun to relate
It's the room the sun and the sky
It's the room the sun and the sky
I've been waiting
I've been waiting for this moment...

i agree... i guess it applies to evryone who loves music. I remember hearing this track when i was on my way to work, i heard it in NU107, at first i thought it was the song of the american idol winner and i was like WTF! NU plays this kind of stuff?? but then i was wrong. The DJ who played this track never mention the songtitle or even the artist. Then i get to watch it on MTV, and yes... "oh, so that's what it is!" On top of just easily strucked of how it sounds, i can easily be deceived how music artists interprets their songs through its video. I thought at first that the person which was focused on the video was a guy.. nice face.. but then i was wrong!!!! Realizing at the last part of the video it was then a fem... HA! That's the twist! I don't like Coheed though, for me i remember the band "Gay Dad" with their track "Black Ghost" which sounds way too similar with this track. Appropriate listening while your driving at four in the morning and just seeing the lightposts run with you... elusive.....
ahh... ok. hehe
they sound better live
